Q.

2 year 10 month old keeps burping and has bad breath

hi doctor, my baby girl has had bad breath over the last week. she's keeps burping. she vomited once only. since yesterday she is refusing to eat more often. drinks nan3 . 200 ml about 4times a day only. refuses cereal. fruit. snacks. I keep asking her what hurts, if its her throat or belly or chest. she communicates well and says no. nothing hurts. from Friday, she starting getting a fever. 37-38. she's had 3 fevers over the weekend. cold fingers and feet. just warm around her neck and forehead. I don't know if I need to take her to my GP or Pead. or a Gastroenterologists.

This is a good question about a common problem. It is almost certain based on her symptoms that your daughter has tonsillitis. You can take her to your GP if this is easiest, otherwise to a paediatrician. She will require an antibiotic ASAP.
