2 month old baby with serious skin problem

My 2 month old baby girl has got very, very dry skin and lately she' s developing what looks like little sores(broken skin) on her legs and under her arms near the armpit. I am at my wits end and very worried. Currently I' m washing her with epizone e and applying epizone a after. What is this and what can I do?I am breastfeeding her exclusively.

It is possible that your baby has eczema but her rash is not typical of eczema judging from your description here. Also she has not responded to good moisturisers which is unusual. Please have her seen and diagnosed by a paediatrician.

HI why dont'  u take your daughter to a dermotologist, they are brilliant at these types of things

my daughter has bad excema and there are cortizone creams that you can put on the infected areas, and in really bad cases they give drops for baby to drink daily (like allergy muti) cause excema is basically an allergy.

Also bath your daughter in rooibos tea - well put a bag of rooibos in teh bath it helps greatly. You also get rooibos soaps that will help.
