1yr allergic to fish (iodeen)

what can i give my 1yr inplace of fish, (fatty acid etc that you get
from fish (brian food?

I am not sure how this was established. Iodine allergy is not something I am familiar with. Fish is not an essential part of the diet, apart from protein its content of omega-3 fatty acids is probably its biggest asset. You may ask our online dietician about possible replacements, but in general a healthy balanced diet (even excluding fish) will be more than sufficient for your child.

If he/she is not allergic to corn and avocados you can give them that also has the EFA for brain development. I am also scared of giving my 1 year old fish so i give her sweetcorn every week and now and then some avocados
