14 month old not walking

My son is still not walking.
When should I really start to worry?

There is no need to worry at this time. Many children only start walking at 16 or 17 months. You have not mentioned whether he is pulling himself up and trying to stand by himself. This usually a good sign that your child is about to start walking soon.

He''s pulling himself up and roams quite a lot.
He will walk if you his hand.
I almost get the perception that he is scared of falling and therefor not trying to walk on his own.
