Q.

10 month old waking earlier

Hi there my 10 month old baby goes down to sleep at about 18:30pm every night as I do believe that routine is good for kids. My question is she sleeps through no problem sometimes waking for a teething powder as her 4 top teeth are coming down all at once, however she has started waking at about 5am, instead of 6am as she usually did! She has her bottle at 6am. Do you think she is not eating enough in the day or do you think she is going to bed too early? She has a nap every day at about 8am, 10:30am which is about half an hour each time and then she sleeps for about 1.5 hours at about 2pm. What times should she be napping and how many times a day?
