Use of Fluticasone Furoate Nasal Spray with topical steroids

I am currently applying a topical steroid for a fungal infection with the treatment to finish in a few days. I have been prescribed Fluticasone Furoate Nasal Spray and the information leaflet says not to use it at the same time as topical steroids. Once I finish using the topical steroid do I need to leave a gap before starting to use the nasal spray and if so for how many days?

Fluticasone Furoate is a topical steroid nasal spray used to treat allergic rhinitis. So its not wise to use it in addition to other steroid nasal sprays. If you have a fungal infection of the nose, Fluticasone Furoate may make it worse. Best to discuss this with the prescribing doctor. The chemist may have made a mistake with the prescription and prescribed Fluticasone Furoate instead of Fluconazole which treats fungal infections..
