Q.

allergic reaction from chicken livers

I ate seven chicken liver and one full Climbing Perch (Anabas Fish) at night. After some time I am feeling itching on my skin, though it is not likely that severe condition. Though I don't have that much allergic reaction on my skin or itching problem. I have a problem with cold allergy, or you can say food allergic. I want to know from above which food causes my itching on my skin or which food has allergies.

It is possible that you are itching due to a Histamine overload, eating seven chicken livers and a full Perch fish would push up you blood histamine levels as they contain a lot of natural histamine. The ingestion of which could conceivably give you a histamine surge and make you feel very itchy if not vomit! Cold Urticaria would cause a localised hives-like rash at the point of exposure to the cold.
