So, they say that positive stress is good for you, but what is your optimal stress level? Find out now.

Everyone of us has our own optimal stress requirements. What is distressing to one, may be a thrill to another.

Even when we agree that a particular event is distressing, we are likely to differ in our physiological and psychological behaviour responses to it.

You need to know yourself well and find out what your optimal level is.

Practice daily stress management and relaxation techniques and learn to listen to your body to know when your stress levels are getting out of hand.

It has been found that most illness is related to unrelieved stress. If you are experiencing stress symptoms, you have gone beyond your optimal stress level. You need to reduce the stress in your life and/or improve your ability to manage it.
