Synaleve contains three main ingredients, namely Acetaminophen (Paracetamol), codeine phosphate, and meprobamate. It must be noted that clearance of any drug from one's body can greatly vary between individuals, depending on various health factors and the metabolic make-up of that person.

The Acetaminophen has a relatively short half-life (the time it takes for the amount of the drug in the body to be reduced by 50%) of 1-3 hours, and after a period of 24 hours, 98% of it will be eliminated. For codeine phosphate, the half life is approximately 3 hours, and thus to completely clear it from the system, it takes the body roughly 13-16 hours. It must be noted that codeine phosphate can be addictive. Finally, for meprobamate, the half-life is approximately 2 hours, with a wide complete clearance range of 6-17 hours. It must also be noted that meprobamate also has addictive properties, and therefore drugs like Synaleve are potentially very addictive. Please consult your medical practitioner before taking it.
