WATCH: Women may sleep better with a dog

Dogs may be a man's best friend, but they encourage healthier sleep schedules in women, according to a survey.


A 2018 survey, conducted by Canisius College, found that adult women sleep better with a dog in their bed, rather than a human or another animal.
