Q.

I have developed an acute hypersensitivity to caffeine of any kind, which causes impossibly annoying insomnia

First of hello. Secondly my problem, here goes; I am a 16 year old girl with zero allergies, fairly fit and in good health however a few weeks ago I had an incident where i couldn't for the entirety of the night, I was overly energized with fast heart palpitations and I literally stared awake hopelessly trying to fall asleep, I even tried sleeping medicine which somehow only made it worst, either way I figured this could only have being due to the cup of coffee I had had at 1pm the previous day. Unfortunately the same thing happened the next time I drank coffee and I experience another night of total insomnia, even the time when I had a cup of decaf coffee at 12 o clock. This hyperactive sleeplessness also happened on two occasions where I pushed myself past the point where I usually go to sleep in order to study for some tests, and now as I'm writing this I can tell it's going to be happening again because I had a few pieces of dark chocolate, please help me.
