Although your body is snoozing, your brain never sleeps. While you’re collecting dreams your brain stays busy - allocating continuous commands to your body systems to keep functioning.

When we sleep, we automatically place our bodies into our favourite position while dosing off. The position you sleep in tells a lot about your personality and your mood for the day ahead. Here is a video of how sleeping positions may reflect your personality.
