Q.

Chronic sinusitis and painful headaches

I am in pain 3 weeks out of every month. No over the counter pain reliever and no nasal spray helps. Currently my ENT has found the I have allergies to pet dander and a mild deviated septum. But we do not have pets and she has yet to figure out why I have chronic sinusitis. She does acknowledge that my sinuses are always inflamed . Someone please tell me who can help me or what I can do?

If the CT shows significant sinusitis and medications don’t work, then a sinus surgery is the next step.
