Q.

Unbearable pain with chronic sinusitits

I injured my nose last year when I fell during the night and landed with my nose smack bang against the door frame of my bedroom. Since then my problems have just got worse. I have a deviated septum (which I had corrected in 2004), a septal perforation in my right nostril. I have been using Flixonase nasules (as advised by GSH last June), Flonase nasal spray and a saline nasal spray daily. I just cannot seem to get rid of these awful symptoms. I wake up with earache, toothache, headache and a general feeling of malaise/unwellness every day.. I even have body aches. I recently stopped using the two nasal sprays for about 5 days as I ran out and was waiting on money to go and buy. This is the reason for now using the Flixonase. I am on my 8th day but am still not feeling better. What is the long term solution? This is so frustrating and affects my daily living.
