Q.

Blocked nose

My nose blocks on and off all year and drips all year around, use Flomist to combat..  Normally, doesn't cause any problems but occasionally sinusitis flares up and causes pressure on top of head. Cannot move the pressure from head easily - after 5 days of small doses of cortisone still have pressure on head which starts slowly in the morning and builds to headache in the afternoon. Anything else I can do?

A stronger nasal steroid Eg Flixonase nasules, would help. Alternatively increase the dose of Flomist to 2 sprays each side twice a day.
