Q.

Chronic sinusitis

I have chronic sinusitis with an overproduction of phlegm. What meds./treatment can I take/do? I also have glaucoma and cannot take antihistamines. I only use saline solution but this is not very effective.

Most people use a nasal steroid spray for this.

I have them same issue as Joseph. Aside from antihistamines and trying 2 different Nasal Steroid sprays anything else to try to decrease the phlegm production and thick sinus discharge?
