Sinusitis

Question

Q.

Geographic location

I moved to Kentucky (in the "Ohio Valley") 15 years ago and I have had regular sinus infections 1-2/year varying in length and severity. For most of the past 3+ months, I have had felt like my ears were blocked up, regular postnasal drip, struggling with energy, and brain fog. I take Mucinease (by Desbio) which seems to help for about 4 hours. I moved from Michigan and I had seasonal allergies, but nothing like this. Is a dryer climate (Utah, Colorado) better for this or is it individualized? Should I get on allergy shots?

Have allergy testing done to see if there is something you can reduce your exposure to. A nasal steroid spray used daily may control your symptoms.
