Q.

Sinus infection without a blocked nose

Please help. I haven’t had a cold but I have had an ear infection. I’ve been treating it for weeks with hydrocortisone antibiotic ear. At this moment in time the ear is dry however my sinus pain, nose, jaw, teeth are intermittently unbearable. I’ve tried nasal washes but there’s nothing there to wash out. Pain killers are not currently working. I’ve had my head hanging over the side of the bed. I’ve tried acupressure massage. i don’t know what else to do

In order to make a firm diagnosis, your ENT will scope your nose and arrange a CT scan of your sinuses.
