Q.

CONJESTION

Hubby is 50, overweight. He breathes very heavy and loud. Sometimes I can hear his breathing from the next room. His nose is permanently blocked and makes funny popping, scratchy sounds when he speaks. His mouth is always so wet on the sides and spits alot when he speaks. He snores alot, jerks in his sleep. He can just sit and the next second he is asleep snoring. He even snores when awake, just a constant heavy breathing sound coming from him. It is annoying. I avoid speaking to him, I hate the way he sounds, grrr grrr grrr sounds in his nose. Please advise, tx

He probably has sleep apnoea which is a serious health condition. He needs to see an ENT  land have a sleep study but should also lose weight.
