Looking for a way to include more calcium-rich foods in your diet? Whip up a smoothie, made from low-fat yoghurt, fresh or frozen fruit and ice every day – smoothies are healthy, delicious and take little effort.

Take action:
Try one of these recipes: Delectable strawberries: ½ cup of strawberries, ½ banana, ½ cup of orange juice, 175ml low-fat or fat-free yoghurt, ice. Peach power: 1 peach, 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp honey, 175ml low-fat or fat-free yoghurt, ice. Cram in the cranberries: ½ cup of cranberry juice, ½ cup of strawberries, 175ml low-fat or fat-free yoghurt, 4 almonds, ice.
