Lower back pain & leg pain

Hi i am a 48 year old male and i have been suffering with pain in my left leg for more than a month now, it is almost where the leg joins the body en about two weeks ago one night i started to have lower back pain which made it difficult for me to walk stand up sit and even laying down i took tramadol for two days and it got betetr but not gone and from yesterday the pain in my leg has gotten worse when i sit for a while and get up it hurts so much i can hardly walk. I had no injury to my leg that i can recall.

Hi there

it sounds as if you may have a pinched nerve somewhere, but it can also be from something else. Please let your doctor check it out - he may want to send you for x-rays etc - especially since your pain is getting worse and not better.
