Q.

Gingivitis in 4 lower front teeth

Good day Doc, I have been struggling with gingivitis in my 4 lower front teeth since 2013. I visit the dentist every 6-12 months to get a proper clean, afterwards there is no sign of gingivitis for about 3-5 months. Then my gums are inflamed, bleeds when I brush and bad breath. is there anyway to stop this what is causing the gingivitis am I stuck with this routine for the rest of my life?

Ensure you are following a correct oral hygiene regiemn at home (brushing, flossing mouthwash if needed). Often this is a cause of bleeding gums
