Q.

Unable to urinate when needed - normally

I don't know if this is the right place to ask - but I haven't seen anything close to the problem I have anywhere else on the internet. I have had this problem for a while now - don't have a clue what is the cause. I have noticed at first at the time of the first incident - that one night, I sat down to pee - and my penis had this very painful burning sensation and I had to push really hard to get anything to come out of my penis. My pee-hole is also very red after and sensitive after urinating. I also noticed - that my penis' opening is getting smaller over time. Last night during sex with my same partner as for the past 6 years - I couldn't even get sperm to come out of my penis. And I noticed this morning that my penis almost doesn't even have an opening and I haven't been able to urinate since last night. Also I have a very sensitive burning sensation inside my penis. What should I do?

Dear Sebastian

You need to see a Urologist urgently.
It sounds like you have a urethral stricture, and will need intervention.
Kind regards
Prenevin
