Q.

Severe male incontinence post prostatectomy

I had a prostatectomy for prostate cancer 10 years ago. I am still having incontinency and it is getting worse. I am miserable. Are there any new things on the horizon or what advice would you give me. I have tried the clamps, but they aren't helping.

Dear DJ

I would discuss the option of an artificial urinary sphincter or Advance male sling with your Urologist.
Kind regards
