Mesh tvt implants

Thanks for the update on the site Dr Pravin regarding these tvt sling if just all Drs would have been honest when inserting these devices we wouldn't have all these complications today we were never been told or informed about mesh been used or the risks involve. No our big question is who are able to divide or remove these devices in SA seems the Drs around are not prepared to help

It would be best to chat to your Urologist.
You would need a good reason to divide a sling for the benefits to outweigh any risks.

I had it done 25 years ago and still have a normal life. For me I had no complications and have lead a normal active life

i would like to know in my case i had an urethral stricture caused from the sling, bladder outlet obstruction lead to bladder diverticulum, cystitis, and ended up with vesicourethral refux and must self cath would this benefit me to get sling cut or fully removed
