Q.

Female with mild incontinence issues

My incontinence issues started around 28yrs old- with some random moments where I would be struggling to hold my urine in. I tend to ignore my first to second urges and go on my third and usually I'd be fine. Recently- I have found to not ignore my bladder and go to the bathroom on my second bout or urge. I drink generally 1 litre of water a day or less depending on need. I have a pattern of going to bathroom every 2hrs approx( even when I have drank less then 500ml). I have stomach fat( which can contribute to bladder weakness)- but i'm not over weight. What is my solid issue?

Dear Hana

There are a number of possibilities.
A basic assessment is needed before we can answer your question.
I would see your family doctor, who will refer to a urologist if needed.
Kind regards
Prenevin
