H. I have recently been effected by OAB I take medication for blood presssure control and have suffered from congestive heart failure. I am able to limit the accidents during the day by visiting the bathroom often but when sleeping I am sometimes awoken after starting to urinate or often do not wake up. Sometimes although not often I do wake up and make it to toilet. I wear diapers to bed to absorb. Urge incontinence not stress is my issue. Is it normal not to wake up ?

Dear DR

It is not normal to not wake up.
I would suggest seeing a urologist for an assessment. There are a variety of treatment options which may improve your quality of life.
Kind regards
Prenevin
