Q.

Lipid Profile

My fasting Serum Cholestrol=127mg/dl, Serum Triglyceride=57,mg/dl Serum HDL Choles.=35mg/dl, LDL Chloes.=81mg/dl, VLDL Chole=11mg/dl. My BMI 22. Age 31 male. (Recently my fasting plasma glucose was 82mg/dL, plasma glucose after 2hour of breakfast was 78mg/dL, HBA1C was 5.5 %(less than 5.7 where pre diabetese start) ,my father is diabetic in my family. I want ask is my HDL is so low (35mg/dL)to put me at the risk of diabetese?Or there is nothing like this.Any advice.
