Q.

I was diagnosed with a slightly enlarged heart due to years of bllod pressure issues

I am 54 years old Heart is 2cm bigger than normal beating at around 80 beats per minute average Only contracting to around 50% of capacity causing water on lungs coughing consistently very short of breath numb arms at times chest pains occasionally Can i reverse these effects at my age??
