Feels like a swelling artery in my head

25 year old male. After explosive stress attacks from digital technology (which has improved), I once felt a sharp, stabbing pain under my right breast. It felt like an artery in there got a little tear in it, and it writhed and throbbed quite painfully over many months. The pain would especially flare up with lots of coffee, exercise or starting suddenly from sleep, which I believe are related to blood pressure. Often it felt something like pressure building inside, which would release with a feeling and sound of gurgling in that point, moving across the chest. Six months later, I had the feeling that pressure or swelling was traveling in the artery from the original “tear” point downwards, to my right lower abdomen, and then down, slowly, week by week, into the leg, and also sometimes on the left lower abdomen side. I also felt it travel upwards, through the artery in my neck, into my head. I could feel the vein on the right side of my head more clearly, like the pressure was higher or swollen, and sometimes throbbing a bit. It traveled to the left side, and there I felt a sensation of liquid pouring forward in the vein in the front left of the forehead, and that the front left forehead vein was swollen and would throb mildly painfully sometimes. I have felt pin pricks on the scalp where it feels like a vein runs from the back of the head over the top down the front left of the forehead. It feels like the artery is swelling or the pressure is increasing. I also have steady, heightened pressure in my left ear, and I also feel like the tiny veins in my eyes are tighter, like I can feel a sensitivity in them. I even feel like I can feel pressure in the vein/artery in the room of my mouth, on the left side. I have gone to the doctor twice so far. They checked my blood pressure and took an echocardiogram of my heart, and said everything was fine. The second time they used electrical pads to check the circulation in various points, and she also said there is no artery running from the point I pointed in my abdomen downwards. I am afraid the doctors have missed something and there really is a swelling or pressure in a segment of artery in my body, and that I am at risk for microbleeding, bad circulation or aneurysms in my brain and eyes. What condition might this be, and what tests should I ask for?

This condition is called anxiety. It seems that your were examined extensively and your doctors may be trusted, which means that you need help to process your own anxiety. The only doctors specialising in anxiety are psychiatrists. Please see one. Ask your GP to refer you.
