Hi, I was diagnosed with cancer and had a total thyroidectomy, after that I was diagnosed with severe hypoglycemia and vitamin D deficiency. I have sciatic nerve damage because of that in the meantime I was diagnosed with hypertension 185/120 so we got that under control, my diet is very restricted low sodium, no caffeine, high calcium, and I have to take 4200mg of calcium a day also calciferol weekly, I do have a weight problem, what exercise can I do that will no put too much strain on my heart.
