Q.

Bp.140.one time

One day about 7-8 months ago, I checked my bp in morning immediately after breakfast it was about 140/90 (may be i was worried at that time), later after 3-4 months i checked the bp readings and they wrere blow 130 (like 125/85, 120/80). Is one time bp 140 is normal? Is our bp keep on changing?

Definitely normal. If you suddenly receive bad news, your blood pressure may spike. The ideal is to check daily for 2 weeks, and make quite sure.
