Q.

Blood Pressure

I am male 30yrs old. My Random blood pressure record is as below: 04-Jul-2019 8:30pm 130/80 (eaten dinner 15 mins before reading) 05-Jul 2:30pm 120/90 (3.5 hrs after breakfast) 06-Jul 8:15am 125/85 (immediately after breakfast) 07-Jul 11:55am 120/80 (1.5 hrs after 1 glass of milk) 16-Jul 5:28pm 120/90 (Random) 15-Aug 5:45pm 125/80 (3.75hrs afte lunch with meat) I am not taking any medication and not had hypertention.My weight is 64kg and height 5ft 6in. I also try to do some exercise 3-4 days a week. I am active. But I am a worry type of person sometime do overthinking. I am worried about my bp readings are they normal?Is there anything to worry?I am single not married I want to stay healthy.
