Hello there. If it sounds as if you are under water, it may be a result of middle ear fluid, or wax build-up with water that filled behind the wax after swimming / bathing or showering. I would recommend a trip to your Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist for an investigation into whether there is wax that requires removal, or the presence of an infection which may require treatment. If this all comes out clear, I would recommend contacting an audiologist for a diagnostic assessment of your hearing. Good luck!
