Hearing Aid

Good Morning! Hope you can advise me on the following. I have been wearing a Widex behind the ear hearing aid for the last 5-6 years. I find that when I am in company I cannot hear or decipher the conversation and pretend I can hear. If I increase the volumne I pick up all noise in the room. When I was recently at the audiologist she said that a new Widex had come onto the market which would eliminate this problem as hearing aids technology has increased dramaticlaly. As I was aleady short of time I had no time to ask further questions. Do you know of this new hearing aid and any idea of the price range?
Your assistance in this regard would be appreciated.
Many Thanks
