Dear Call Center

If you are still concerned about your ears, it would be best to see an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist and make sure that all is in order. It is also advisable to have your hearing evaluated by an Audiologist, to make sure that your hearing is as it should be.

It is also important to remember to clean the equipment that you use at the call center and the over the ear headsets, tend to be more hygienic. You can try those, if you are not already using it.

If you need any referrals to professionals in your area, please let me know and i will gladly refer you ( Feel free to let me know if you need any further information

kind regards
