Paining ear excreting liquid

Hello. I have been having white milky liquid coming out of my right ear and the wax is like jagged rocks.I can hear but some sounds can be faintly. I told my parents but they said your OK but, I'm concerned. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.

Dear anonymous

I would DEFINITELY see an ENT to have a look inside the ear, as looking from the outside gives no real information about whether you have a burst ear drum or a rampant infection.  I would thereafter recommend that you see an audiologist for hearing testing to see whether your hearing is damaged at all, and whether it is temporary or permanent.
