I am travelling from Geneva to London, what is more kind to ears flying or high speed train and eurostar including tunnel? I have Eustachian tube problems very severe fortunately no infection though.

I would be inclined to say that the high speed train would be kinder to your ears as there would be no fluctuation in air pressure, although going through the tunnel may feel like there is slight pressure build up but not as painful as it will be in a plane.

I would recommend nasal sprays before, during and after, together with chewing gum.
