Ear blocked

My ear blocks especially at night when lying down. I'm 50 years old and the problem is now going on for a month.

Hi Jeanette

If you perhaps suffer from sinus congestion then that could cause your ears to feel blocked when you lie down.  Also if there are any neck injuries or circulation problems / blood pressure issues then that can also cause it.  If you do suffer from sinusitis, I would recommend that you see your ENT.  If you suffer from blood pressure, circulatory or neck injury then I would see your physician.
