Hi Kayleigh

How long have you been experiencing the post nasal drip, coughing, vomiting and nausea? These are all symptoms of the flu, but is usually accompanied by a fever and runny nose. If there is a chance that you could be pregnant, please do a test. If you are not pregnant, you can use some of the over the counter products for flu, such as corenza or flusin. You can use a saltwater nasal spray to help clear the nasal passages and the post nasal drip. If the cough has been present for more than two weeks, you need to have it checked out by the doctor. Furthermore you need rest and a good multivitamin and immune booster. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
