Can/should I get a flue vaccine so late in the year?

I am 65 - recently retired. Returned from the UK

No, the flu virus has quite possibly mutated already and then the flu vaccine of this year will not be effective anymore. Rather get the flu vaccine as soon as it is available next year. Good luck.
