Q.

Are all hospitals accurately reporting the COVID-19 deaths

Testing seems to be the issue for getting correct death figures considering only 100,000+ tests being done.

Hi

Yes, I agree, but I do think that hospital staff are on high alert for serious cases, so they will be tested. The numbers will become more clear and make more sense as more tests are done. We are in a  'lucky' position that we still have the capacity to do active case finding, which will help immensely with controlling the spread. Good luck and stay safe.
