Q.

Dry eyes and pterygium

I don't want to have surgery, which is, I was told, the only way to get rid of pterygium. Does Dipyridamole eye drops work for this and is it sold in UK?

Hi there

At present, surgery is the only method of pterygium removal. I do not know what drops are sold in the UK.

Best wishes
