Q.

Dry

I recently had turp surgery and am experiencing dry climaxes. Will this return to normal with ejaculation releasing sperm from my penis?

If over 70 and after serious surgery (i.e., coronary bypass), I would say to not expect return to normal; however, be grateful for a climax - dry or wet. Climaxing is difficult for half of the people who are sexually active, but even more so after you've reach 70+.

Likely you will remain dry or very little. While you may lose intensity what you feel may become more prolonged It is no mess sex
