Erectile dysfunction

Q.

Erectile dysfunction at 75

I've started a relationship with a 75 year old man and we'd really like to have intercourse (I'm 58). He certainly gets an erection when we're together but not hard enough for intercourse, but he can ejaculate, and this can happen every day. Is it reasonable to hope that with some medication we'll be able to have a full sexual relationship at his age?

Dear Anon

A urologist can start testosterone and Viagra treatment, which may help. ICI injections into the penis may also do the trick.
