Q.

16 years not old, can not pull foreskin down.

Hello! I am 16 years old, and I am an uncircumcised American citizen. Because I live in America, I have nobody to ask about these problems I have. Hopefully someone here can help me. I can not retract my foreskin below the head of my penis. When I’m soft, and I work at it for a few minutes, I can retract it fully, but only when I’m soft. It still feels kinda tight and uncomfortable. However, I can only get my foreskin about halfway down when I’m hard. Since I have nobody to go to about this issue, I have no idea if this is normal. I do not know if normal uncircumcised people can easily retract foreskin for the first time, or if it takes awhile. I don’t know if this is normal, or if I have phimosis. Thank you.

Dear Reader

If your foreskin is normal, leave it on the penis. If your foreskin can not be retracted, get a circumcision.
