Diabetes can present with extreme thirst, dry mouth, drinking lots of water or fluids, frequent urination, weight loss, tiredness, as well as with the complications of diabetes if diagnosed late or it can be asymptomatic - meaning you may not even know you have diabetes. The most important thing is to have a screening test - if you have certain risk factors your chances of developing diabetes can be higher. It is a good thing that you are exercising regularly, but it doesn't mean that you will not develop diabetes, as lots of factors determine the possibility to develop diabetes.
