Q.

Period problem

My sugar levels have been consistantly high for a few months and my period was every 28 days. Lately i have been watching what i' m eating and my sugar levels is just about normal. Is it possible that the change in my sugar levels can disrupt my period? What changes will the change in my sugar levels have on my period?

Several factors may influence your periods - such as weight loss, stress, etc. A change in your blood glucose control may also influence it, but a lot of other possibilities must be considered. It may be necessary to go for a proper evaluation.
