Food

Is one allowed to eat all fruits and veg or are there some that you should only eat weekly and every second day because of high fat (avo) or sugar content.

Cb, I assume you are diabetic, if that is so it is generally recommended to have fruit in moderation and to preferable have them along with meals (~ 3 moderate sized portions daily). Vegetables can be taken freely, if you have a weight problem fat intake should be limited even if from a healthy source such as avo's
