The Glucophage is sometimes used, as this has been shown to delay progession to diabetes. I suggest clarifying with your doctor whether you have diabetes or pre-diabetes . If you have pre-diabetes, then the plan is to try and lose some weight and increase your exercise. There are no natural remedies that have been shown to prevent diabetes.
